"Trip was a disaster. Bus came one hour late and turned out to be an 8 seater minibus instead of 16 seater as confirmed and paid for.
Person at the other end of the phone was obstinate and did not listen to reason so there was no way to sort this out,
There was no way do get all the stuff in and by the time we got a local taxi we were two hours lat -5pm.
Fortunately there was a delay on the flight and we did not miss the flight"
